Regarding your question on the name change. Nothing can change your destiny number. The name you came into this life with at birth is truly who you are. So no matter what you change your name to, essentially it will not matter much. The only thing that will change is the day to day energy, having a more fortunate name that you use daily will make life a bit easier. But there is no escaping the destiny. Regarding the 12/3 the Chaldean's call this the victim number. However, remember no matter what you are in charge. You can either fall to the numbers negative traits, or elevate yourself and live on the positive side and prosper.
