The December description was pretty accurate for me, too.

So after the age of 28, does the influence of my month of birth become less important? This would make sense, as I have begun to notice a change in my behaviour  as I enter my 30s. Although I still am social, I find myself making more time for myself and my responsibilities, certainly more than in the past when I definitely chose to ignore certain responsibilities (including the responsibility to make time for myself and my needs) because I felt my active social life was more interesting and important.

Is it only at the end of one's 20s that the life path truly starts to influence events and behaviour?

Yes by the the time you are in your late 20's to early 30's, the influence of your birth month wanes.  You will go into another cycle.  This will be your day of birth, whatever that day is it will influence you until your 50's.  

Keep in mind we have sub themes as well.  All of these play a part in how you feel, and what you choose to focus on.
