This is a great place to start then, what I read has got so much truth to it.. I to believe it has a meaning which is why I wonder about it all the time but in that I feel its more so when I am really trying to tune into daily life situations that are accuring  and what outcomes I would like or have preferred, I almost thought it was my mothers way of showing me the right way of thinking lol I dunno its strange im not sure I can explain it, But must admit they have been hitting me alot and I have tried every avenue and finally thanks I might be on the right path.

Another idea as to what 213 may mean is substituting the numbers with letters, e.g. in Pythagorean a 2 can be a B, K or T, a 1 can be A, J or S and a 3 can be a C, L or U. Perhaps it is a coded message
