Well...

Most common: 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.
Almost as common: 11/2.
Rare: 2.
Rarest (and growing progressively rarer the higher the number is): 22/4, 33/6, 44/8, 55/1, 66/3, 77/5, 88/7, 99/9.

That's my opinion.
