I was getting a numerology reading and it came up that I have no karmic debt number.  What does this mean exactly?

may be in your name you will be having all the numbers.if all numbers are there in a name then it shows no karmic debt.

It means that all of the primary number energies (1-9) are properly balanced. With no Karmic Debt, you will have an easier time overcoming obstacles because you have all the energies to do so, but of course, this is only one portion of the chart.
