I have noticed that the number's 23 and a few times 32 come around me every day of my life. I mean when I stop and look at my watch, or when I ask friends their age, or how much am I short, or when some one gives me their cell number. Sometimes people would say the number 23 around me out of nowhere. What does it mean?
