for 3 years now i have had the number 420 in my life everywhere and everything, and its not noticed for the reason of smoking  license plates, bank statements, clocks, odometers, store totals and change, ect. ect. what does this number mean? i asked my mom cuz she was big into numerology, tarot, dreams, ect. but she was taken from our family befor she could tell me what she found out. any input would be greatly apreciated.  thank you so much to all  and blessed be.
