Tricky question;
Things to consider are;
1. Did you spell your name the corrected way while in school?
2. When you give your name to people, did you give them the corrected way?
3. While growing up did you use the misspelled version or the corrected version?
4. How did you name get misspelled?
a. typo error from whoever (gov't) made the document
b. parent during filling out the papers
i. which parent
ii was the parent that misspelled the name the one that named you
5. Which letters were missing?
6. How much does it change the name/ number?

I agree with sorrow. Your name was not choosen by the government. Was choosen by your parents. I think that's the energy that counts.
