Hi,
Most of what I've read state that you just ignore Jr., III., etc. However, I did read somewhere for one system - and I don't remember which one - that if it is a number on the end, such as III., you add that number into the full name.
Personally, I have not run across it that much. But I don't do numerology readings that often either.
Like most things in numerology that give you a choice, you just have to play with it and see which way works best for you.
