(.my question is why was the drug ever outlawed in the first place  do your research . more and more states are changing theirs laws  its just a matter of time)    let me help you with your research

1.On August 12, 1930, the Federal Bureau of Narcotics was created as an independent unit in the Treasury Department and Harry J. Anslinger was appointed the bureau's first commissioner of narcotics by President Hoover.

During its earliest years, the bureau's primary concern was violation of the Harrison Act. Although mounting attention was being directed at the marihuana issue in the southwest, Anslinger felt that the problem was relatively negligible. The only people using marihuana to any great extent were the Mexicans and it was only from local law enforcement officers that the bureau heard any complaints. Policing the traffic in narcotics left little time to worry about the use of marihuana by some Mexicans. Yet by 1937 Anslinger was able to persuade Congress to adopt draconian federal antimarihuana legislation. There have been many explanations for this dramatic turn of events, none of them satisfactory. But one thing is certain. Without Harry Anslinger, the marihuana maelstrom might have been just a passing breeze.

2.Utah, 1914

Utah outlawed marijuana in 1914. A number of Mormons moved to Mexico when polygamy was outlawed in Utah in 1910. When they returned to Utah, marijuana was one of the things they brought back with them. Marijuana was outlawed with a number of other common vices as part of Mormon religious prohibitions enacted into law.

Other state laws 1915-37

Marijuana was outlawed in 30 states by 1930. There were two primary reasons for the laws.

In the southwestern states, marijuana was outlawed because of racial prejudice against the Mexicans who used it. As one Texas legislator said, "All Mexicans are crazy and this stuff (marijuana) is what makes them crazy."

In the other states, it was outlawed because of fears that heroin addiction would lead to the use of marijuana - exactly the opposite of the modern "gateway" myth.

3.any people assume that marijuana was made illegal through some kind of process involving scientific, medical, and government hearings; that it was to protect the citizens from what was determined to be a dangerous drug.

The actual story shows a much different picture. Those who voted on the legal fate of this plant never had the facts, but were dependent on information supplied by those who had a specific agenda to deceive lawmakers. You’ll see below that the very first federal vote to prohibit marijuana was based entirely on a documented lie on the floor of the Senate.

http://drugabuse.gov/infofacts/marijuana.html  verses  http://www.psychosocial.com/IJPR_8/Marijuana_Eisenman.html   you will not find a government
run sites that promote the use marijuana

INTRODUCTION
Many people hold extreme views regarding drugs, especially illegal drugs. Anti-drug people often present a view of all illegal drugs as horrible and without any redeeming qualities. Often they use the word “abuse” rather than “use,” which is sometimes a sneaky way to indicate disapproval and condemn those who do not conform to their wishes (see Eisenman, 1991 and Goffman, 1963, on how people who do not conform are labeled as “deviants” are condemned).  On the other hand, pro-drug people often present a totally rosy picture of drug use, perhaps in part to rationalize their own drug usage.  Each side—pro-drugs or anti-drugs—seems to have prejudice toward the other side (see Lippa, 1994 for an excellent summary of the nature of prejudice).

I will not allow promotion of illegal stuff.
The drug is banned in most Country's....

It is up to you to break the law....but we as site can not allow such promotion...do it through the right channels....if each and one of us shall tell when a government are right, and when it is wrong..then we have Anarchy.

I don't think any court will take Gods creation, or healthy living, into account if any of you was to be in court  for it, even your lack of trust in your Government would fail as reason to use it.
