What does the above quote mean exactly? Does it mean that my customers who make use of the software will also have your advertising available?

yes, both names ( yours as well as MB) will be seen on the software.

I have just started a website. I am still in the process in getting content for my site. I am interested in co branding. The only drawback is that I am on a limited income and I really do not have much money. Is there any other options for having your software on my site?
