Algorithms? No need to be that scientific about Tarot.
If you are talking about choosing your first deck of cards, I would say have a look at a few and go by your instinct. If you have not done anything about tarot and do not know where to begin as with cards and lessons?
1) start with the Rider Waite deck, best for learners. Am still using this and am in no hurry to change it.
2) free lessons run by our tutor Gem in this wonderful site.
