Rag Marvaha is sung in afternoon after the lunch.
It reduces acidity and improves digestion.
Rag Bahar relates with the blossoming of flowers so these swaras hv great impact for the happiness and energy.
If y change the timing of ragas it will not give the impact and effect / has to be sung on the specific prahar.
Different frequencies of the same swaras also hv different impact.
Ragas played for music therapy r played with specific frequencies.
