Was told by my spirit guides, that I have been under psychic attack. Has been draining my energy levels, and get uncontrollable shaking afterwards, as well as muscle twitces. When my guides came to me they showed me a man's hand and said psychic attack. I believe this is a hex, or a curse. Any advice on whom this may be, or ways to counteract this is much appreciated.

Spells are only as real as we accept them to be.  And a spirit guide that would bring such a message is not worthy of the name.  You may want to remove this guide from your spirit association.  This is scare tactics at their worst.

Another way to look at this "psychic attack" is to remember Psych has to do with the mind, Mental attacks, to get out of another person's vibration, put on a hat.

Putting on a hat reduces signals our minds intercept, radio waves, micro-waves, sonic waves, these are all proven Invisible waves our minds catch.
Wearing the hat helps reduce the signals we subconsciously take on.
