Hello... I have a few stories to offer and would like to know if you think I have an ability to develop and if so...how should I go about that!!!

I have always been intuitive...ok, but ... When my grandfather in Italy died (whom I saw just two times) I spent a whole day working myself up about not having spent enough time with my grandfather..( I was thinking about my English Grandfather, so I got the wrong one) but as the day passed I got more and more upset and eventually cried and cried..... always with the same idea that I hadn't spent enough time with him...all this time my Italian Grandfather was dying. I recieved a telegram the following morning.

One evening late at night I starting crying about my mother and said to my husband I should call her... (we have a terrible relationship so he was completely bemused) Then it all went away as quickly as it had begun. The next day my mum told me she had knocked herself out!

I have been contacting spirit guides with the help of a shaman and trying to stay tuned in in this crazy world and a couple of weeks ago leaving my friends house I went the wrong way... I heard something rustle in the car and suddenly had the sensation that someone was with me in the car and they made me feel very uncomfortable... they were not in a great place. I put it down to the jitters and the feelings faded as I drove home.

A week or so later I left the same friend's house and to my consternation took exactly the same wrong turn.... blast i thought then I heard more rustling and was completely over powered by the sensation that a young man was in the car and that he was suffereing... My imagination flashed a bluey green form but all melted or dripping like he'd been under the sea or something... I was very frightened and i asked him to leave...as I drove away from the place eventually the feeling subsided but I was preetty wound up.

I rang my friend to tell her and she told me that she had lived in a house near there that was toatlly haunted by a male spirit and that he had been persuaded to leave the house and she thought or had hoped that he had found peace. (I had no prior knowledge of all this...my friend was blown away by what seems to be a link)

What should I do with this? . I would love to help him but I don't feel qualified... but then why me... I feel I was drawn or "taken" to him....

Any thoughts or advice on this particular problem and the idea that I might or might not have something to develop gratefully recieved.

of course you are qualified and you should work on developing your talents...they are your gifts...intuitive information is always valid...even if your mind tries to convince you otherwise....as far as the lost spirit you have encountered...i would just send him love and tell him to go the light....

I too have a strong intuitive sense especially when it comes to birth and death....i have known about pregnancies before i was told by the expectant mothers...and my most vivid premonition of death was with my father...i had that same sense of not having spent enough time with him...and decided make a plan to go out with him...when i got into the car with him...i had a vision of the car crumbling into bits....very intense...and i wondered  why this horrible thought had come and where did it come from.....shortly after that my dad was killed in a car accident...it was only after that that i realized  that the previous thoughts and visions were given to me to help lessen the blow when the event actually took place.  I knew it was ok and it was his time...and i could see him soaring to heaven at the speed of light....he also visited me in spirit on the day he died...he did not stay long but i sensed his presence and he knew i would be ok and he was gone.....now he sends me blue jays as a reminder that he is ok...

oh how wonderful to have had that kind of reassurance...I have always felt that it was a priviledge to have been visited by my grandad but I thought maybe it was just such a personal thing that it didn't really mean I was "gifted". The blue jays are so sweet...do you just "know" they are from him? I've been reading the lessons and tips  on the board and will try to meditate more with the intention to develop these skills xxx As for the poor young man... I'm a little afraid of him...should I go back to the same place and send him love?? xxxx

ec perhaps you would be more comfortable if you sent a prayer to the universe...requesting that the spirit find his way home to light....then the universe will take over and you will know that you have helped him....peace my friend...and always trust your own intuition and guidance...all the answers are within...
