Hi guys,
I posted here since I don't know where to put this experience and since I am into mediumship, I thought about sharing this with you.

I woke up with a mayor allergy attack about  3:30 AM and I took some claritin D for it. I watch some TV for an hour and then when I went to bed, although I couldn't sleep the most unusual thing happened. While awake I was seeing in my mind like a strip of movies, nothing I ever saw on TV or live but it was pieces of pictures. Some was like events, people falling, getting hurt, people talking to others, etc. It was weird since I know I was awake and I couldn't stop it while reasoning with it.

I tried to center myself and put my mind blank but the more I attempt to do that the more the images kept flashing on my mind and I ended up with a mayor headache right between my eyes.  I still trying to make sense out of this one.

I had a similar experience way back but with no signs of illness from my part or use of medecine. Again I woke up with a mayor headache and felt like I didn't sleept at all, felt like I was talking to someone all night long. Now the question is does any of you have these experience before?

As there was medication involved, we would have to consider something affecting the brain other than mediumship.  

Waking with a headache feeling like we had been up all night talking to someone is when we have not closed down the whole system of energies flowing before falling asleep.  A lot of people do the chakras in situations of opening and closing, so that might be a good practice before sleep.  Shutting down helps you sleep and perchance to dream.  Staying open allows the spirit to use your energy without any results.

*sighs* I often get things like this, I found that the best thing to do is not fight it but to look and listen, as you are meant to see and hear these things for some unknown reason. Perhaps it is to help or to learn, but fighting it only makes it worse for you, as your brain is meant to get the information... I just let it happen and then when it is over I go to sleep... I often get the sense that something is going to be coming and will have insomnia for like a week before and a week after as my body is trying to make its self ready to receive the message.  (it sucks not being able to sleep or stop the sometimes horrifying pictures, but we are this way for a reason, the trick is figuring it out and trying to learn what to do with the information that you have)

Have you tried meditation to attune Nyte?  In that way you are taking charge and spirit does not have to come in the night when you need your sleep.  IME NO spirit worth working with ever disturbs us - they come in love and light to enlighten us and teach us through love (which is not disruptive, it is peaceful and aids our lives).  

Spirit guides coming in love replenish our energies, they NEVER deplete our energies.  So if you are welcoming anyone in the night, you are asking to be depleted and their message is not one you have to have or need.

The reason we are able to write up about spirit guides and attuning processes is because there is organization to spirit communication when done with those Meant to work with us - not random or interfering spirit.  The spirit of loved ones or relatives is not our guides.  And if we choose this energy for our work, we are not working with the light.  This can also interfere with those that are coming to actually enlighten us.

              *smile* I understand that when you work with spirits from the light then they are helpful and understanding of our lives and seek only to help and nurture us, and that many people do not want to communicate with any other spirits. and I know that you are a wonderful and loving person and seek to help me find the best way. But I came to terms with who I am and I know that when I am ready that I will find the way to the light and those who work there, but I know that I am meant to dwell with those who need my help much more than I need to find the way right now. I am where I am meant to be and working with and learning from the spirits that need me more than I need them, and there are times when I know that I need the rest in the night and I simply block any and all from my home. I did not go into detail, but I have been this way all my life and it is who I am and what I know. I feel like there are spirits who need understanding and compassion and If I only deal with spirits in the light then I am cutting off those who need help and love and compassion, as much as I need to give it to them. There are always more ways to get to a place then the best way and the worst way. I am going down another path to get to my destination. I hope that you understand that I love to hear what you have to say and I understand that it is a good way to go, I just hope that you understand that it is a way that I can not take at this point in time....
