Spirit contact is a large and interesting topic.  When we work with an unseen realm it is important to have a guide to show us the way and keep us safe.  (This would be true if we were visiting a chaotic area on earth!).  So we attune with our spirit guides to guide us through all the realms of spirit.

When doing rescue work (working with the 'stuck' spirit who have not moved into the light) I attune first and foremost with only my guide.  Allowing all and sundry 'in' is disruptive to you as an individual in body, mind, spirit.  When in attunement I have all the angels and guides to take those in need of help into the light.  And yes, I do a lot of this work.

When doing a reading or just getting information for a friend, it is important to attune to my own guide only and bring forth that which they have gained through their attunement with the friend's guides and helpers.  (My people talk to your people).  All is in order in the light.

One of the other things that happens, particularly when in a teaching mode for many that come to me, I can see the energies and where there is need of change to get the higher vibrations.  I can only suggest, you must do your own work.

I am not telling anyone how to do anything, I am only sharing my experience which has helped many.  I am telling you the safest way for your own wellbeing and mental health.  I have never been told I am mentally ill or out of sorts, because spirit realms have protected and kept me safe from harm.  The spirit realms re-energize me through all work with them and none of symptoms of depletion that I read from others ever occurs with my attunement.  That is what they are intended to do by their nature.  It is a wonderful, loving partnership in which I hope to meet and greet on my transition to spirit all those who keep me safe in this vibration.

            I know that you are being wonderful and sharing your experiences with us and I love to read what you have to say, and it is very good advice always hon'. I consider you one of my dearest friends hear, because I know that if I am ever in need that you will always be there for me, and I know that you are trying to help me. I am not trying to be stubborn or make it seem like your advice is not the best there is, I know that it is and that you are incredible at what you do... (Your people DO talk to my people) *smile* but I feel like I need to get there on my own, and many of the physical things that I go through are to prepare me for what is coming, I don't get scared anymore, like I did when I was younger and everything started happening ( I slept in my mom's bed til I moved out, not every night, but when I felt scared. I needed someone close) but sometimes I do not pay attention because of life, and the things that I am doing or planning to do, and there are times when I completely ignore the spiritual side of my life. I feel like it is my guides way of pushing me, (they push as I am quiet stubborn, it works for us) *shrugs* I try to think of myself as a way ward child, who when running is bound to fall and scrape my knee, which hurts and I go back to my safe place for comfort and a band aid, only to be back out and running again. It is just something that we all go through when learning to run. I love to learn and to read about new things, but I have to get there in my own time.

Like I said at the beginning I love to read what you have to say. I do read it, and pay attention and I know that one day all your advice is going to help me out very much, and I know that it helps others now. However, I am not yet ready for that path, I need to stumble a few more times before I know how to run without falling quiet so much.

Nyte:  There is a path for each of us.  And don't ever feel it hasn't been earned by the hard knocks.  Its kind of like a mother who would like to teach their children without the pain.   It just doesn't happen because they have to fall down to learn to pick themselves up.
