hello. ever since i was a child i have been able to see and hear spirits. exspecially HEAR them, i'm 21 now and even after 10+ years i am still kind of scared of them when i hear them., even the ones i know that come to me from a fair distance. does anyone have any advice?

Solving our own fears is a personal choice.  Spirit is not coming close because of your fears.  Perhaps more knowledge would help - as there is power in understanding what is happening.

i'm learning to conquer my fears, it is working. its just the ones that come at night and scare me when i'm alone thats all but this has been happening since i was ten, i've heard alot of interesting conversations from them. i don't mind when they come but some of them are scary.

the spirits that give your mind a buzz are the ones that you need to direct you attention to if they arnt friendly then tell them to go

The first step in development is....TAKE CHARGE!  I will repeat that....take charge!  You are in charge of who, when, what, why, how of spirit contact.  It is your consciousness after all and it is up to you to keep it in tact for your own uses in both material and spiritual pursuits.

To take charge we begin with the lessons in Tools of our own consciousness - that empowers us and helps strengthen us from our fears.  Then we can use meditation to make contact to those who are ready and willing to work with us in love and light.  Reaching for our own spirit guides is the way to do that for yourself.
