just wondering what's the best way of reaching your spirit guides

There are many and varied techniques for contacting your own spirit guide. I like the idea of a meditation to find your peace and calm centre. It is a scene of your own choosing - one from nature - and then using a symbol of nature (flower, waterfall, bird, etc.) place it in your peace scene and feel the energy change when your spirit guide joins you.

All spirit work is about energy - no identity and name of the spirit guide - just a change of energy and then working with them to form your own questions and answers.
