Meditation is to think upon - it is up to you to create the space you want to be conscious of during this time of peace. Make a beautiful scene in your mind's eye of gardens, rivers, mountains - whatever nature calls to your soul. Then when the monkey mind (as it is called) sends thoughts jumping, you can return to your own santuary of peace. You create the experience - it is not allowed to just float into your mind.

Hmmm.. you know that is very interesting. I had a man once tell me to create a place in my mind of happiness to get over being so upset at times. Kinda sounds the same as this.

I would love to find my gift. Myabe I already have and I am afraid to use it.

We all have sensitivities - some call psychic - so focusing through meditation will help unfold what is available in our world and beyond.

It seems whenever I try to meditate and get the "monkey brain" still I fall asleep before I get to concentrate on what's going on around me.
