In the last 8 years I've learned a lot about astral projection, lucid dreaming, meditation, spirit guides, psychic abilities etc. I don't like guided meditations and I'm not good at guided meditation. I meditate better when I focus on ''here and now'', or I try to be minfulness. Please tell me how much should I meditate to be ble to meet consciously my spirit guides? Many blessings.

When you are meditating for your own peace and the energy is good, use a symbol (it can be a flower, tree, bird, anything from nature you choose) that will be between yourself and your guide.  You do not have to see them, they are there.  And using a symbol will change the energy with their presence for you to feel them near and dear.
