well i was told ...no sugest that i mite have a connection with other things lets asy and i was wondering how do you get these people that want to contact you to stop being afraid is it just me or are the dead somehow leary of the living i would love to learn how to contact in a more direct way  and how to nurture this abbility i got over the fear of it a while ago these people always follow me around so one day i stopperd ignoring them when i put them off they seemed to fear or hold a resentment towards me is this normal

Well I am not sure about what you are asking exactly, Are you asking is it normal for them to be mad at you for ignoring them and then not talk to you when you try, or that you were talking to them and then had to stop for awhile and not they are unhappy?

I know that sometimes I have to explain that I have a life too and that I need to address things in it before I can give them the time that they are looking for... it usually tends to help...

If I don't at least acknowledge them in someway thought they tend to be a pain....

Any earth bound can come in when we open without some protection, grounding and control on our part.  The spirit realm is about invitation - you send yours through the exercises in reaching to highest spirituality of your own status.

Taking charge (first step) is acknowledging spirit without fear.  Then we use exercises of meditation that take us to a level of communion that is our own, personal, spirit guide.  We do NOT invite just anyone - we are discriminating in inviting only our own spirit guide.  We do this by being protected, then using the exercise of connection with a symbol.
