Spirit Guide Contact ?, Mysticism, reading, forums, Numerology, Sun Signs, Divination

Hi spiritalk,

I read in another thread where you explain contact with spirit guides are about sensing energy and another presense. Yesterday while meditating, I felt a warm wind for about 5 seconds and later felt a tapping on my right shoulder. I didn't do anything at that point, just stopped meditating. What would you recommend doing in situations like that ?

By the way, I have contacted guides in the past and do feel a sense of higher wisdom and distinct feeling of another presence-just like you said.

When meditating we remain alert and have full use of our consciousness. At the instant of any contact (no matter how it appears) it is important to question - ask the usual who, what, where, why, how - as communication is 2-way not a monologue.

As all psychic/medium ability is about the senses - use them fully and completely to identify who and what was occurring. As you were requesting contact, allow it to come. While a change of energy is the best source, sometimes a gentle touch can be valid as well.
