As for your question, I agree you are an Empath and absorb people's emotions. I would also recommend joininig a local spiritual or psychic meeting group to help in grounding yourself ( also, do a Google search on psychic grounding exercises ) and controlling your abilities.

I am referring to psychic grounding, where you imagine a grounding cord connecting you to the earth and also work with energy. Is that what you mean also when you say you are grounded or are you referring to looney toones grounded LOL ?
