Thank you for the information. When I close my eyes and I get dizzy and so on. While my eyes are closed I see black shapes, and at time they can be like a light. I usually have to stop because of the way it affects me. Should I just keep trying? Again thank you

The other thought that I had is that maybe it is too intense for you to sort through and that you need someone else there to help anchor you, so you are not taking it all into your self and becoming over loaded. I have a friend who is an empath, but is still learning how to slowly open up. When she wants to work on it she often asks me to come over, so that if it becomes too much she can hold on to me and not get lost in the translation of the feelings. I mean lets face some people are just much more emotional than others. I try to keep tabs on mine when I am around her and she has often told me that when we first met she was shocked by the intensity of me, and now she can't figure out how I am so empty around her. Control is a big issue when dealing with empathy. Emotions are something that not everyone has a hold of. Intense emotions are often, love, fear, panic, and anger. Maybe a different direction of asking questions will help you get the link without the jumble.

Well I think that is a personal judgment call, I can't feel what you do and I don't know what you can and can't do. I always go with my first 'gut' feelings on things. What do you feel that you should do in regarding her. If you feel pushed to keep on then just try to do things differently. I have been told more than once that the definition of Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Try changing it. Is there someplace that you feel more grounded or safe. Someone who would help you to sort through it. Perhaps you are getting an influx of info that has to be slowed down to understand it. I can't say, without having experienced it... I would need more to say something for certain. But keep trying different ways if you feel you need to do it. Take care of yourself and be careful, just in case there is something not so nice around. The most important thing here is you and your safety. Let me know how it goes. Good luck with it all.
