So i was wandering when you are meditating and trying to visualize say like when trying to meet guides, does it matter witch direction you look? Eyes closed of coarse. Does any direction help more with one thing or another?

Meditation is the spirit of peace, being at one with the miond, a stateof stillness and mindfulness without distraction or purpose. Visualisation is more about being guided through a series of pictures or scenes  that are usually preset to engage the person on all levels and allow them to contact their inner self. Ideally the eyes should remain calm and still. I think you may be thinking about looking to the left, the past and the truth or the right the future and the made up?

It seems like visualization is more of a video practice
and meditation is the calming of the mind to peaceful
regard you may be Peace and free will not the passive
stress on premise the visual guiding was "stern technic"
involving the way guiding the "premise psychic" will not
be known as informal monastic , it would be "seen as a
promotion of the power of a new stress known to be the
thought on guiding the mind technically and not Peaceful
placation of one's own psyche to Be Peace ." Guiding the
mind with technic rather thn techni.que would be altered
mentalist whimsy on thought of "guiding the programmer
in mental promotion of viewing rather thn Science Being."

Have you ever looked into author John C. Lilly . Thanks .,.     Evard .,. video hallucinate is not a meditation .,. it's fashioned stress

As the mind can not remain still without a single thought for any length of time (some say a nono second) I wonder what meditating truly means.  Could it be quieting and refocusing the mind to stillness through visualizaiton?  Each of us, of course, must find what works for them.
