Thank u guys for ur reply's The reason that i ask this question is because i was trying to do a guided meditation to meet my guides. In this u visualize a staircase then walk up to find what ever place that makes you happy than after a moment of taking that in u see a door that when u open it and ask for your guides they should be there. I have a hard time visualizing but i have noticed that when i try to visualize verses when i am quieting my mind and get pictures or seens my eyes look in different detections. and sometimes they move back and forth really fast? Have you ever noticed anything like that? What do you think is the best way to communicate with your guides when u first started?

the mind so you have rapid eye "contact" not noted as R.E.M though a
