Hey everyone. I just recently started practicing meditation about 3 weeks ago. I got some of my friends to do it with me but none of them come even close to what I've been seeing/experiencing and I was just curious on what some of you experts think. To give a little background about myself... I'm 22 years old and grew up in a heavily haunted house for 17 years. Nothing evil or demonic. He was protective of my family and he was actually the father of the man who owned the house before us. The spirits son would actually come to the house and visit us so perhaps the spirit took that as an act of good faith.. who knows. We just weren't alone and the spirit made sure we knew that in friendly ways. The only fluoride I've taken in my entire life has been through soda and nothing else for the most part so my pineal gland is what I'd assume in pretty good working order. It seems that every time I begin to meditate I always begin traveling down a wormhole of sorts. It always changes colors, textures, and even sometimes I will see things, objects, and shapes as if this wormhole has multiple levels. Sometimes this is really intense and sometimes it's so-so. I also see a man flipping through a large book a lot too and during my most intense meditation sessions, symbols have literally revealed them selves from this book. Symbols I have never seen. Symbols I can recall perfectly and re-draw. I've also for a few seconds seemed to have experienced memories that were not my own. I've been using the AscensionHelp YouTube channel as a guide and just really only messed around with the basic ones. Ever since I was a kid and even now, I can still close my eyes at any given moment and see all kinds of shapes and colors. It's only when I begin to meditate do those shapes and colors really take on intensity. I just thought I'd share that with everyone and I'd like hear what you folks think because I'm really interested in this stuff and I'm learning a lot about myself already. It's very exciting. Maybe there's meaning to my visions? I'd also like to know what everyone here does for their meditation practice. Any thoughts, tips, ideas or anything would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
