I started my third session tonight. It was guided. I have ADD so it helps. Anyway, I had used Osho's binural beat to help focus my energy while listening to his/her mp3. A long the way I could feel my entire body tingling. It was a wonderful experience. I had visualized at the start of the session, myself sitting in the center of a circle of 7 Candles to represent the 7 major chakras. at the end all 7 were lit and I could feel the energy escaping through my head.
I hope nobody minds that I am using this space as some sort of journal.

By the way, if anyone who's experienced with these matters you can give some insight as well. I realize that meditation is all about what works for you but insights can and will be considered.
I did another session last night. When the session was done I felt more alive than I have ever been.I dreampt last night for the first time in a while! Unfortunately, when I dream, the dream comes true 99% of the time. The fact that I did dream last night is a miracle itself.

the tingling sensation is a normal thing that come for a while
for some people the tingling will felt for about months... but sometimes it disappear in certain time
but as long as it doesn't bother you then just ignore it
it's a process to reach a new level
