i have also experienced this. there is nothing to worry about because the harder you try to concentrate and focus the more it will hurt. its just showing you that whatever you are trying to do is working. And yes, DO NOT FORGET TO BREATHE, even if its getting really hard to do so.

I have also experienced this as well on my first meditation session. eshan is right. There is nothing to worry about. It is normal. It just means that whatever you are doing, you are doing it correctly. also, REMEMBER TO BREATH!

there's nothing to worry about... for now ur body trying to make new balance state... just do meditation on routine and for a while the headache will go away
