I have been trying to meditate but i'm not having much success, so obviously i'm not having any success with opening my third eye also. I was wondering if anyone has any pointers. I just really can't shut myself up, i don't know if i'm doing it right, and i'm not sure about my breathing. I have alot of questions...lol
