Hello! I am new to Mystic Board. I am wondering if anyone has any knowledge an/or experience with brainwave entrainment that they can share with me. If I am not in the correct forum, which one do you suggest? Thanks.

Brainwave Entrainment is basically external stimulus applied onto your brain to get your brainwave to a certain frequency. I have heard that by using this one can cure their headache, get into different brainwave states such as alpha, theta and delta, even to the extent of ESP and psychokinesis abilities.

There are 2 types of brainwave entrainment sounds, which are isochronic tones and binaural beats. Binaural beats require yo to use headphones in order to work whereas isochronic tones don't.

I'm not really an expert in this, I'm barely touching the tip of the iceburg about brainwave entrainment
