I have been using the software for a few weeks now and it is working. It does not seem to be as quick as is expected though. The target goal days were 7 and by then I felt I was only 50% of the way there.
It is very hard to measure the level of success with subliminal messaging. Maybe I don't know how to measure it so hints on seeing to what extent the thought and mind change process is successful.
I am now at about three weeks and still do not feel like I have reached my goal although I am really closer than I was at the start!

I think it depends on the extent to which your subconscious has already been programmed. If you wish to change something in your subconscious which have been deeply reinforced, then you might need more time to change it. Maybe that explains why your subliminal messages are taking so long to show its effects.

i think u r right the timing cannot be same for any two person as it all depends upon the adaptability of the subconscious mind how easily and quickly it adopts the new changes...
