How does me using the subliminal software influence others?

I have realised that I have become very negative. I think I have allowed the disposition of others in my family to influence me so that I have become like this.  I am using the subliminal software to turn myself around but would like to know how, by doing this for myself I can influence my wife and children too so that they become more positive.  My wife understands and believes that affirmations can and do work but in her current space does not and will not use them.

The way I see it; then Negativity produce Negativity ,and eats harmony, and energies, you will most of the time feel exhausted and your mood is low.

If one manage to turn this around, then the harmony increase, the mood increase, you will receive energies from each other, and the whole family (and all you interact with) will benefit from it.

If you all were in this bad negative circle, then it might be a bit hard in the beginning, so don't give up, it will give you great rewards in the end.
And Yes, it will influence your wife and children, and by changing the children's attitude, you create a much better platform for their future life.

I whish you and your family all the best, by realize you have made a big step in right direction!

I know the feeling of having to deal with negativity in the family.  I know personally what's causing mine.  I try to maintain compassion and a healing heart.

It's good to get negative people to completely release their feelings at the root of their problems rather than allow it to just come out in trickles to make everyone around them miserable.

Some people have trouble expressing their feelings.  They just don't know how, but it actually helps to release pressure caused by emotional tension as demonstrated by neuroscience studies on the amygdula.

Next time when someone rubs you the wrong way, you have to get them to open up.  If they feel stressed, angry, sad, or depressed, try to empathize with them.  Make them feel like you're "on their side," so they'll open up to you and release all that excess "steam" that's been bothering them.

There's no software on this planet to bridge that communication gap.  You have to do it on your own.

THanks for the comments on my problems!  I will try them out! I am often told by my wife that I do not communicate. I guess this is part of my nature and something I will have to work on too.  I think that to empathize with the person is a very good idea.  I have heard of doing that before and I believe I have done it from time to time - I better start doing it a whole lot more.

I tend to bottle my emotions up a lot.  This led to a very serious breakdown a few years ago and I was on heavy meds for an extended period.  I have been experiencing some strange things recently that worry me a whole lot.  When someone does something that annoys me, I think I have my feelings under control but suddenly they will erupt in a sensation I feel at the back of my head that is sometimes so intense that I almost black out.  The feeling comes so suddenly that it takes me totally by surprise as well and required quick reaction to control and counteract it.  Anyone know what it coul be?

Oh, and by the way, does anyone else experience the problem with the software where it's brief interruptions as it flashes the messages causes loss of characters while typing on the computer?

In these emotional freedom techniques, we're supposed to start by verbalising any kinds of problems are issues that are on are minds.  We start with any problem that's on the surface.  Then by verbalising those surface problems, we gradually uncover deeper problems until we finally get to the root of an issue.

I'm more of a spiritual person myself, but the neurology of the amygdala makes sense (look it up at wikipedia).  There are memories attached to emotions deeply buried within our holographic memories.

The amygdala is a high pressure valve for all of those memories, but it needs intense emotional response to release it; some emotional responses are like trapped gas in that sense - sometimes it just gets released by accident.

By also uncovering each of those sensations (taste, touch, smell, etc.) that cue each of our emotional reactions that are attached to that traumatic issue in the past, we tune in further to the issue within our memories until we finally peel back all the layers to get at the core of an issue.

BTW: All of those different "layers" from a traumatic past can rub people the wrong way - until you choose to peel them away and release them.

You ever heard about this prose called "the good wound?"  It talks about doing things with your sister, but it's all a figure of speech.  The "Good Wound" is about releasing all the "bad blood" by talking it out.  That's best done with a loved one and the people who care about you.

Thanks and Happy Holidays.
