Does anyone know of any good cds for meditation and relaxation.

I hate to say this, and don't know if I am allowed to, but if you can download torrents, you can do searches for meditational torrents and be taken to piratebay.or and Isohunt.  They can be trusted.  I would still do a virus scan on them before playing them, but I have found some wonderful drum music & other meditational music that is wonderful.

Reiki healing is a good area to look into.  There are free sites that you can do a search for my keying in "free meditational music" or mp3 instead of music.

There are so many free sites out there to guide you!

Best music to meditate is the sounds of nature.
This is because you need to reconect sometimes with nature to be able to meditate and this kind of music realy helps.

I'd highly recommend you to download anything by Jonathan Goldman. The guy is a genius. And the music he makes totally connects you to the universe. It's so intense that there are no words to drescribe it actually. You'll have to download or buy his albums and hear it yourself. He also put out reiki albums which are also excellent, i agree that reiki music is very good music to meditate indeed , but to me his best album is 'chakra chants'. I assure you it's a mindblowing experience.
