The Most Wonderful EFT Technique in the World.

OK, maybe not the MOST wonderful but pretty
cotton pickin' good!
I call this the" EFT Mirror Technique." and

This is especially helpful for you to give
instructions to a client in crises if you
cannot attend to them right away.
(Works great if YOU are in crises too)

#1. Write down your emotions and give them
an intensity rating.

#2. Get in front of a mirror- the bigger
the better.
Look straight into your eyes and start
telling your story. (The eyes looking back at
you care more than anyone else on the planet)

Tap on all the tapping points as you talk.
No need to do any fancy setups- just ramble.

#3. As you talk and tap- get into the
"body language" of whatever you are saying-
really let yourself go- don't hold back.

#4. Check and see if you have any anger over
the issue- if so have a roaring good time
as you tap and let it out.
(Scream, holler, cuss)

#5. Re-check the intensity. If you still
need to get some more "juice" out of this
issue-re-do steps 1-4.

#6.Now, decide what you want instead.
Do you want to feel empowered?
Kick some butt?
Feel victorious?
Hopeful?
Whatever you want instead put on the
"body language" of that and tap it in.

You should be feeling pretty wonderful by
now- at the very least; your energy will
have shifted.

I hadn't heard of this one. I did "mind" EFT---you know Aries, if you can do it in your head--why do it any other way LOL Then I found Zpoint www.zpointforpeace.com & I took to that totally. I am now a ZP Practitioner. So I might just try this w/ the cue word instead of tapping...I'll let you know how it goes.

after reading the Zpoint... it looks to be an off shoot of EFT.very interesting.
