That's so nice to hear Tourbi that it is actually helping you.What makes it simple is that it's all mind-based healing.Many will find it easy to practise.Thank you for letting know.

What makes me giigle about it is I myself never tried it.I thought about it so many time until I forgot.

Will myself try this technique when I will released from my exams days.
