I'm currently reading most of the threads in section of Mystic Board, and I decided to meditate or channel after reading a thread.



I don't know what I'm supposed to feel or if I did it right. How does it feel when you are meditating or channeling? And what about after you finish?

Meditating and Channeling are 2 different things to me.
One is sitting and setting aside ones thoughts, as much as possible and listens, even chats with Spirit Guides, Spirit, etc.

To Channel is to be a human phone for disembodied entities.  
One does not have to be meditating to channel.  
One just needs to be open to the Universe and allow others to speak thru you.

Both take time and practice.  Meditating I learned how to do and practiced and practiced.  Channeling for me, came to me all of a sudden one day.  Yes, I had been meditating for a long time.

All can really learn how to meditate.  Not all seem to be able to Channel.  I don't know why.

From your description, I think I definitely meditated even though I read about channeling. Thanks!

If you are wanting to inprove, or increase your Spiritual life and or  psychic life, keep meditating. Either guided meditations or learning to sit, learning various ways to meditate.  It will open up many doors for you, including sometimes, the ability to channel.

Channeling is having the ability to have a space inside or around you that allows another to speak to  you and thru you.
For me, and this is my symbology, I am able to move into a neutral space that says, "I don't know and I am willing to have the answer, the Universe holds the answer somewhere and I am willing to get the answer from the Universe. "  Then I leave a space for the answer to come to me.  For me it comes different ways, most often I "know".  The object is to not be a know it all but be willing to say, I don't know and want to know.  Then, for me what happened is every Spirit around me started speaking thru me. It helps to drink lots and lots of water.  Also, you need to be able to set healthy boundaries and be able to ground yourself easily.

Keep meditating and let the gifts come to you as you are ready. Read, learn, be open and find healthy ways to take care of yourself.
