I want to know more about them. How can I use them in my everyday life?  It seems like the can show you when you are high(happy) and full of enegy or low (lethargic) but nothing else!!

That's totally up to you.  
I can look at my biorhythm for the day and see that my intuition line is low.  At the same time, if I have that gut feeling I'm ok to do a reading, then I go ahead.  You choose to let any reading change what you will and won't do.  

I like the over all reading of a bio rhythm so I can see if I need to lay low mentally or stay charged up and going full force.  If it looks low, I know there's a possibility of running myself down!

I used biorythms some time before. i know that when the bioryth line crosses the zero line it is the critical day in that sphere and you need to pay attention to that area that day
