I seriously doubt that this software is causing the sensations you are having.  All the studies i read and investigated showed absolutely no detrimental effects such as you are mentioning.  However that is not to say the software or maybe the wording used in affirmations may be having some effect, if you are young and inadvertantly worded something in a negative way.  think of subliminals in this fashion .... your brain is like a computer, the subconscious is the hardware and does exactly what it is told it makes no decisions, the conscious mind is like you when you sit at the computer and open a program and run it or play a game.  subliminals bypass the the conscious mind and give direct input to the subconscious,  however if you try to run two programs that are doing opposit things then the hardware will work based on which is the strongest.  In other words we get told no and you can't do this or that or no you don't do this or that thing form the moment we are born,  so for the subliminals to actually start working they have to overcome a program that has been running since your first awareness and every no or negative input is stacked with similar input.  Now you have some idea how this system is meant to work.  It take quite a lot of positive input tofinally override the negative input.

I state as strongly as I possibly can the most important thing to remember when choosing affirmations to use in this or any sublimnal software is to be as absolutely positive as possible.  Also the specific words used are important if you want to lose weight don't use the word diet insead use .... i am closer to my ideal weight every day... i eat healthy etc.

example

I am a non smoker ... is good

I do not smoke...  will be ineffective it has a negative tone to it

and statements are best and most effective when in present tense

example

I eat healthy.. instead of..  I will eat healthy

I am  or i do or i can  are always more effective than i will or i should or i may.  From the research i studies years ago the short simple declarative present tense statements were the most effective and showed the fastest results.

I see a whole list of programs/goals listed in the software but the only one that has any messages/affirmations to go with it is the find a mate one I was hoping to have a list to pick from rather than having to write all my own messages/affirmations to go with each program/goal.  Ahh well so far seems like a useful program if alittle tedious making sure that the few messages/affirmations are positive,  definitely don't want to reinforce already overbearing negatives in my subconscious

I tried the software, but still have questions. The posts I found here were helpful, particularly the examples of how to write messages. But I'm very new to this. Does anyone have additional recommendations? How much time should be spent allowing the messages to "flash"?  Are there any recommendations about how many times a day such programs should be used? Are some times better than others? e.g. before bed? first thing in the morning?  

i have used other subliminal software and its effective too. Don't worry it is working without your conscious mind knowing its programming your mind to the goals u have set.
