I always find tears running after meditation. I figured it always had something to do with my chi kung meditation method circulating fluids and pushing any excess toxins out of the system. I can attach an emotion to the meditation, but the breathing exercise in itself is what brings out the tears.
I usually push the envelope, physically and mentally, so at times it's tears and sweat pouring during a heavy workout too.

you have mentioned tears after meditation!
this is something which i have never experienced..
for all you know, it may have something to do with the chi kung meditation that you are doing

Yes, that's what I said. I'm pretty sure it's the breathing techniques of chi kung meditation pushing out the toxins in the form of tears and other fluids.
