Thanks for the link. I've practiced meditation and yoga for 3 years and this is the first time i hear of this death meditation.

whats death meditation?is it going into a near-death state?like you imagine dying in a very deep state.

wow i've defiantle never heard of it. i'm going ot read up on it and see what it is about. I too feel like a burden in my family. but then i think about my future and when i'm a successful nurse, if my parents ask for anything, well tough. i will treat them they way they have treated me. It's their loss in the end even tho it doesn't seem that way.

Meditation is a pure, spiritual and subconscious state of mind... Death has nothing to do with meditation.. Meditation is a virtuous concept... don't hype it or give it a wrong turn for God's sake !!!
