I use Zpoint
www.zpointforpeace.com & while I read I just align w/ intention to whatever I am reading & say my cue word. At times, I stop & write affirmations as they come up. But I also set the intention that my cue word is my breath, so I don't have to even use a cue word if I don't choose to. You can even just write the cue word on whatever you are aligning w/.
I did this w/ Tolle & Dyer books as well as tons of other authors.
