Hello,
I have just go the software and am using it to change my sleeping pattern. I have had the messages flashing and flickering away just under my concious ability to see them, (using default settings of 5 secs/60 mille sec/random location) for one 7.5 day.
The following are the affirmations...
I awake at 5.30 AM everyday
I wake up, get out of bed and stay out of bed at 5.30 AM everyday
I get up straight away at 5.30 AM
I am full of energy when I wake up
As I wake up I get up, get dressed and start exercising
I exercise for 15 minutes every morning before I go to work
I love to exercise
I love to get up early
I feel great when I get up early
I easily and natuarlly go to sleep BEFORE midnight
I welcome each day with a smile and positivity
I am changing my sleeping pattern
I can definitaley say it worked
today - I have been setting an alarm for the last week and ignoring it, turning it off and snoozing - but today I set a different alarm (the one on my mobile phone) and I got straight out of bed and did some house keeping followed by exercise.
I feel a little tired now (I still went to sleep fairly late, I'm going to change the midnight affirmation to eleven o'clock) but I am very happy I got up on time. The real test is that this
continues to help me help myself.
The great thing is that I am always glued to a computer screen whether during the working week or in my own time so there should be no shortage of messages.
I'll check in again soon with more results.
