It's great to see you guys see some results. I have been using the software for about a week. First few days, I thought I saw some results, but am feeling like back to sqaure one now. Any thoughts, suggestions?

From what it looks like I'm a late responder but I just joined and felt I should respond.
From what your affirmations are it seems that you're not giving yoursef near enough sleep to function well. If the program works then you're going to end up being cronicly tired. 5 1/2 hours is not good enough for about 95% of the world. Most people need at least 8 hours of sleep. Even people who say they can get by on less. This is likely the reason you can't get up in the morning. Try going to sleep by 10pm instead and the 5:30 am time will work much better. If getting to sleep is an issue look up sleep hygiene or reply to this and I can give you some quick tips on getting to sleep at night.
