I honestly think the guided Kundilini mp3 or CD that Kelly Howell does is totally awesome. I can't even see changing up anything or going to anyone else to work with, on this subject.
I guess with all the talking I do about her, one might think I am a big fan. But she sure has helped me on so many issues and has helped me deal with all kinds of issues using the Kundiline meditation. The prauna breathing was the key to getting me to focus.
I have worked with hypnosis, subliminal mp3s & tapes so it was a bit easier for her to make me "snap to" and get focused.
When my third eye popped and expanded, I thought something broke open. I mean physically! LOL!
Do a search on Brain Sync or Kelly Howell. She's got it going on.

This is a really old thread but I thought I would provide the information. Most Kundalini yoga classes in the USA are taught thru the Sikh religion or thru teachers they have trained. The 3HO dot org site should have a search where you can find a local class. In the UK that is a little more tricky. I know there is a DVD with six discs that is an entire course taught by Nirvair Sing Khalsa. It's an excellent course. (No I am not Sikh and no I don't sell it.) I have this disc set. Actually I have all three that I discuss. I believe you can find it on the internet in the usual sites (Amazon, Ebay etc) If you just want an exercise program and do a cheaper/shorter version then try Kundalini Yoga by Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa or Mantra Girl Vol I. Both are good choices. Love the Vol 1 Mantra Girl music it's worth the DVD for the music. Warning her Vol II doesn't live up to Vol 1 IMO.
