A friend on Myspace suggested this software and today I'm beginning to test it with the hope of achieving my weightloss goal of 20kgs.
I will admit I'm very inconsistent in my approach to exercise and usually when I begin a reduced calorie diet I lack willpower and simply forget I've started
Since I spend so much time on the PC I'm hoping this type of subliminal approach will train my subconscious to support my initial goals and follow through.
I'm going to incorporate some of the ideas I learned from The Secret, using phrases that my subconscious can process as though I've already achieved my goal...
