An easy excercise to get to know your own energy field is this: raise both your arms and keep them as if you were waiting to catch something that another person is going to throw at you, start at about the width of your shoulders. Then little by little draw them closer to each other, each hand facing the other. Feel how you feel them as you draw the hands closer. At some point you will start feeling some heat, the energy of one hand bouncing off and meeting the energy of the other hand. Draw the hands even closer to each other, feel as if you were squeezing a very soft ball. Try to get your hands as close as possible without touching each other. You have just experienced the main hand chakra, which is more or less in the center of each palm. How did you like it? I'f you can start feeling it 20 cm from each other, that's really good!

Dear Friend,

I just read this post by you and am truly amazed when I tried it. I stretched my hand initially straight up in such a way that they were only 30 cm. apart or amybe a little less and could easily feel the energy. Then I increased the distance to say about 45 cms. and I can still feel the energy.

I think the main reason to be able to feel this energy even at such a long distance is the sensitiveness of the person to receive energy, vibrations and also telepathic waves.

Pravin, that's excellent! You must have loads of energy in your hands! Your healing must be really powerful! I am sure you palmistry skills make your hands even more loaded with energy.

Dear Friend,

I do not like to boast but I learnt Meditation in 1993 June and had practised continuously for upto 7/8 years and came into contact with my Guru in 1995 June and through HIM my ultimate Dream in life to meet someone who is equivalent to GOD HIMSELF and HE taught me to love everyone which HE HIMSELF DID.

I could feel HIS energy even on long distance on Phone and those were the days when I flew in the air during nights and could see the universe whereever my thoughts took me and I saw how pleasant and beautiful it was. I met (You and others might laught) Lord Shiva and Lord Ganesh and asked them why is it so beautiful up here and why not so beautiful down there.

Lord Shiva smiled and just indicated through his thoughts that we had given you such a beautiful World. What did you do with it? It is we who spoil ourselves and our surroundings and blame others. The Blame goes on the sins keep on piling till they become such a huge garbage that anything even remotely pure seems heavenly.

Well I have healed even people with Cancer and for the last 4/5 years I am out of touch but now I am gearing up and soon wish to reach the previous heights where only HE takes me to show the Universe. Sounds unrealistic to you all but not to me. If you experience what I have experienced and I am sure you must have your own experiences to tell me and others then you will understand what I have experienced and how blissful it is. Habits are formed from today. Never from tomorrow. If someone says I shall practise this good deed from tomorrow then it never comes true. If the person practises from today and there and then then success is guaranteed.

I just read Abhishek that he did not gain from Art of Living. How can you gain when you do not give time to it. We have 24 hours in a day and we are locked up in a room for that amount without any T.V. and Phone and Mobile automatically our thoughts will turn towards HIM the Creature and HIS nature and see beauty all around.

The sorrow and loss of life and suicides and murder and what not we read in the papers and even in this group I read people encountering so many problems all I can say is cleanse your Soul. How then can anyone hurt you? You are protected by HIM and HIS protection is ultimate.

Nothing like HIS protection.

I remember relieving one lady of labour pains when she was in her eighth month of pregnancy. I just went into Alpha Level and moved my palms facing on her body from head to toe. She told me she felt as if some pleasant energy moved through her whole body and the pain subsided immediately. Even painless delivery is possible in Alpha Level.

Well I have written too much and I have already opened a new Topic for Discussion for opinions of all those members who take part in this Group What have you gained from this Group and your detailed views on it. Let me see what replies forthcome.

Dear Pravin,

I make no effort in believing you - my own limited and recent knowledge and experiences (I started my personal quest and working on chakras and energies just over 2 years ago) have led me to believe that nothing is impossible. I've had my own fill of mystic experiences and daily miracles...... what can I say, some wild enough that some people may believe I'm crazy...

All my feelings have been awakened, I am developing premonitory dreams and visions, bouts of clariaudience, seeing auras, and I read the clues that the Universe drops on me almost every day - some are really sensational!
Tapping into the Universal Field Energy is the most exciting thing one can do, and it feels so good, too! Everything is codified out there, it's like the Alexandria Library, it's just a question of being able to pick the right book and decipher it... for the highest good of humanity
