I really appreciate the link it was rather in detail so well I think I absorbed a lot from it and hope to see more there. An it was well worded as well and made a lot of sense to me. I think that it did some work on me as I am really drained and very tired now for some reason I could be wrong but I will leave that up to you to deside if I am right. have a great day light and love and joy be with you so you dreams will come true

I've never tried this till now.  I knew when I read I could feel my palms hot or surging.  But this was a cool thing to do.

I held my arms outward as in going for a big hug with my hands upward.  I turned my palms inward towards each other and felt them burn right away.  I didn't have to move my arms in at all.   I think the Kudiline meditation has really opened up much for me in the area of chakras.  I'm truly enjoying it.
