Does anyone goes in that kind of course of meditation and what experience those it have with controling mind with these technique?

i finished it about 8 years ago, and i cant see any better situation, but i am useing it every day, meditate

meditation is not a fast food,it is like a long and long work.
see your nose continue sly and found what is there.

The Jose Silva method is basically self-hypnosis.  I am not saying thats bad at all.  But the method using self-hypnosis techniqes.  I think it can be useful, but you have to do it everyday, especially at first.  There are CD courses available which you might be able to get at your public library.  There are many courses available that use the method as its base and then show your how to use them for things like ESP, changing you life etc.  The most important thing, though, is it practice it.  Just reading a book about it or listening to the CD's won't accomplish anything.  In the beginning, it should be practiced at least three times per day for 5 to 15 minutes each.  With practice, you should be able to "get to your level" as they say, within 2 or 3 minutes.  It is very relaxing.  It would be worth the effort just to be able to completely relax withing a minute or so when ever you want to.
